Clinical Consultations
SaintA provides menu-based clinical consultation services that can be individualized to meet the needs of a child or adolescent, a family, school or county. Services can include:
- Trauma assessment and recommendations using the neurosequential model of therapeutics (NMT™) framework
- Family interviews
- Child/adolescent interviews
- School classroom observation
- School staff interviews
- Support in conducting functional behavioral assessment (FBA), developing behavior intervention plan (BIP), and enhancing the individualized education plan (IEP) within the school setting
- Work in collaboration with outpatient providers, i.e. psychologist, psychiatrist, occupational therapist, outpatient therapist
- Completion of supporting assessment tools with youth, family and/or school staff, as identified per the needs of the child/adolescent
- Written report that includes clinical/behavioral assessment, therapeutic recommendations and assistance with creating trauma informed treatment recommendations in collaboration with outpatient provider
- Step-down model of implementation, including modeling and coaching parent(s) in the home setting and school staff in the classroom, to demonstrate interventions and problem-solve in real-time settings
Funding for clinical consultation services may be provided through county resources, school districts or private pay.
