SaintA has hired Jody Pahlavan, Psy.D. as Chief Program Officer for Community Services. This newly developed position is responsible for oversight of – and innovation within – all community programs, such as Treatment Foster Care, Integrated Community Services, Care Coordination, Functional Family Therapy, and Youth Transitioning to Adulthood Services.
Pahlavan previously served as the Executive Director of Clinical Programming at Rogers Memorial Hospital, where she led comprehensive care models for children, youth and adults. She also was the Director of Clinical Training in the Pre-Doctoral Psychology Internship Program at the Rogers Center of Research and Training.
Prior to working at Rogers, Pahlavan began her career as a psychotherapist in a number of group and private practices in the Milwaukee area. She earned her Doctor of Psychology Degree from Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology and her Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Marquette University.
“Jody’s experience developing and driving strategic initiatives related to behavioral health and clinical care will provide the framework necessary to take our community programs to the next level,” says Ann Leinfelder Grove, SaintA Interim CEO. “We are excited to have a visionary like Jody working alongside our experienced community services staff and leaders.”
The new CPO-Community Services position is one step to fulfilling the agency’s 2018 strategic imperative to integrate behavioral medicine and clinical care with its more traditional human services programs, such as child welfare.
“SaintA has a long history of responding to the needs of children and families,” says Leinfelder Grove. “As our vision moves from responsive to preventive, with a focus on healing childhood adversity and mitigating future crises, we are pleased to add Jody to the team.”
