SaintA has promoted Kenyatta Sinclair to Chief Equity and Human Capital Officer. Sinclair was previously the Director of Leadership Development at SaintA, where she was charged with strengthening peer-to-peer learning, identifying and nurturing high-potential staff, and coaching leaders in interpersonal skills and crucial conversations. She also enhanced the agency’s online performance management system by working with supervisors to restructure core competencies and refine the rating system.
Since joining SaintA in 2016, Sinclair has also been instrumental in organizing the SaintA Equity Council, a staff workgroup with the mission to recruit and retain a diverse workforce. The Equity Council also works to shed light on such important topics as implicit bias.
“Kenyatta is an important leader at SaintA. In her relatively short tenure, she has contributed so much to strengthen our equity efforts and has increased our focus on leadership development for existing and emerging leaders,” said SaintA Executive Vice President, Ann Leinfelder Grove.
Sinclair has a plethora of human services program management and experience, including as Director of Learning and Professional Development at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee. Prior to that, Sinclair worked as a Director of Program Development at the BGCGM and Program Manager for Leaders of Tomorrow at Next Door.
